Robin Hood
We went to see Robin Hood Musical at Reitz High School last night. The Burnett family was in it, and they all did a great job. Lily, waved at us! Todd was excellent and of course Kris sang her best. Jessica did great and we could hear her out in the crowd, Megan was very professional. The musical was very good!!! It was pretty well written and most of the songs were funny. None of us got bored, which has happened at most of the cultural events we have gone to. Go see it if you can. Friday and Sat 24,25 @ 7:30, and Sunday @ 2:00. I would see it again.

He made a request...so I will try. I guess I just feel like there "aint" "nothin" interesting I have to say. And sence I am not computer savy, I dont know how to put cool links and photos. Not much is going on right now, I am on a ministry hiatus.
Going to Holiday World Thursday and then camping at Lake Rudolph this weekend with Scott and Shannon and thier girls. So we will at least go again on Saturday. The kids are in a summer reading program at Willard, it has been really good. The theme is Dragons, Dreams and Daring Deeds. Jacob tried to read an Alfred Hitchcock book "the green ghost" I told him it might be scary...it scared him. So he decided to stick with R.L. Stine. Last week he won a toy sword... it was right up his alley. This week we will be outside playing games that are reminicent of the middle ages. It should spark some interesting teachable moments. WE still have not obtained an extra caged pet. I thought I had made up my mind and we were going for the corn snake, or ball python, or rainbow boa. All were really cool,,, but expensive up front and they live up to 20 years . Thats a long term comittment, that has its pros and cons. Anyway, I revisited my former "want" of a Fancy Rat. They are much less expensive, about the same time committment every week, possibly more fun and easier to train. They are much smarter and the whole furry thing is a plus. But they only live a max of 4 years, mostly 2. That also has its pros and cons. I can have snakes shipped to my house for 42$, but Rats can only be delivered by an airline. I think Petsmart has fancy rats, but I would prefer getting any animal direct from a breeder, the reasons are obvious. Anyway...I need to make a decision. so thats all for my blog for now... jen at 6/14/2005 10:11:00 PM 0 comments yup
